Our Mission
Our mission for The Green Diner is to make it a place where people are exposed to food that is organic for them to eat. In addition, we went to encourage people our dine here to adapt to a lifestyle that is healthy and fulfilling. Also, while the food being organic, the food is portion controlled which means that it comes in small plates and arrives to your table on a conveyor belt like sushi restaurant. Lastly, The Green Diner is environmentally friendly which means that we are friendly to the environment such as using solar power instead of electrical power from the grid .

Keys to Success
The key to success for our restaurant is that every employee must have perseverance, excellent work ethic, and be responsible for his or her actions. Also, employees must be on time. In addition, each employee must cooperate and work together in order achieve true success. Furthermore, every employee must have a positive attitude when serving customers and when conversing with their co-workers. Failure to not achieve these requirements multiple times will result either in wage deduction or termination.

Operations
The operations for The Green Diner is that the resources to make our food come from local farms such as Spouts or Whole Foods, which we can get flour, spices, fruits, vegetables, and etc. In addition, the meat for our diner comes from a website called Organic Prairie. Organic Prairie is a website in which you can select any type of meat from sausage patties to chicken breast. Also, in this website, you can choose how much of any meat you want.

Distribution Patterns
The distribution patterns of the items for our diner is that all the produce will be grown on the farms and all of the produce will be transported to factories to be processed or packaged such as wheat being processed into flour. Next, once all the produce will be packaged and processed, it will be shipped to farmer's markets, grocery stores, and restaurants. Once all the produce is distributed, the produce will cooked and made into food and will served to customers.
